Music rights, submissions & removal

Dream City Music is an independent platform featuring songs submitted by artists. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Each submitter must have the rights necessary to authorize on-demand streaming of both the sound recording and musical composition, including permission for any samples, artwork and third-party contributions.

Artist permission

By checking the permission boxes and submitting a song, the submitter warrants they own or control the necessary rights and grant the platform a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, technically reproduce, and stream the song and cover art to visitors. The artist retains ownership. The operator may reject, remove or unpublish content. This page does not replace a professional licensing agreement where one is required.

Report a copyright issue or request removal

Please send the song/artist name, your contact information, a description of your rights and the requested action to the platform operator. We will review the report and remove material when appropriate.

Privacy

Artist submissions collect the supplied artist name, track title, city, genre, email address, music and optional artwork. Email addresses are used for administration and are not displayed publicly. A one-way salted hash derived from the visitor's IP address is stored to limit submissions. Submitted files remain private until approved; rejected files are removed from music storage. Hosting service providers process this information to operate the site.
